Century Plaza Hotel, Vancouver

The hotel has a convenient location, close to many attractions, and the staff were truly amazing, making my stay enjoyable. However, the hotel itself seems to be aging and in need of maintenance, and I faced issues with pre-authorization charges that took much longer than expected to clear. Overall, it's a place with potential but is currently lacking in some key areas.
